Note: Security deposit is payable immediately. 50% deposit is due upon acceptance as a vendor. Remaining fees and balances are due no later than September 30th, 2022. In case of cancellation by Vendor after September 30th, 2022, Vendor will remain fully liable for all fees (50% in case of earlier cancellation).
